Shipping policy

Order Confirmation:

The 2212 maintains a standard price list in EUR (€). These prices do not include transport charges, nor any VAT or import duties. Any VAT and duties are calculated by the competent authority, based on the invoice enclosed.  These charges may vary by region and will be due by the final customer to the import broker or freight carrier that has dealt with the handling of customs practices.

Please inform yourself about the import and customs regulations of your destination country before ordering online.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, which means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will immediately reach out to our artists to confirm the delivery time and notify you by email.

Our artwork is made to order, therefore please allow 4-12 weeks production time on the item of your choice.  Please contact us at info@The2212Venezia.com if you have a time sensitive request, we will try our best to work with your needs.

Order Shipment:

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@The2212Venezia.com
